Where are you based and where do you film?
We are based in Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa. We produce film and photography projects across South Africa, SADC and the rest of the African continent. We partner with overseas production companies for local and African shoots.
What do you mean by "telling the stories that matter"?
We mean telling stories with clear purpose, authentic human voices, and real narrative weight. We focus on real-world impact—avoiding clickbait or superficial promotional content—so the final story resonates genuinely with your audience.
Who are your clients?
We work with corporates, enterprise executive teams, non-profits (NPOs), foundations, and international production companies looking for local crew support. Our clients care about high-quality storytelling and understand the value of an authentic narrative.
What types of projects do you work on?
We produce human-driven case studies, testimonials, project update and feedback films, advocacy pieces, donor reporting, documentary films, executive interviews, and corporate culture stories through both video and photography.
What if the story we need to tell is complex?
That is where we do our best work. We specialise in taking intricate corporate, social, or executive initiatives and translating them into clear, human, and relatable narratives without losing accuracy or strategic alignment.
Do you provide local crew and production services to overseas companies?
Yes. We regularly act as the local production team for international corporations, agencies, and production houses. We handle filming, photography, and logistics in Africa, upload raw footage directly or can offer remote post-production services.
Why should we work with your team?
You get an experienced, easy-to-work-with team of filmmakers and photographers who align your brand tone with meaningful narratives. We give executive clients complete peace of mind through a collaborative process that delivers beautifully shot, high-impact content.
Does your agency use AI to generate content?
No. We do not use AI for scriptwriting, synthetic voiceovers, or generated imagery. Authentic impact storytelling relies on real people, genuine emotions, and true-to-life cinematography and photography.
How do you balance production budgets with goals?
We're not a low-budget, high-volume type of agency. We do work closely with you to align your budget directly to your strategic goals. You get complete transparency on scope, production quality, deliverables and NO hidden expenses.
How do you handle privacy
and sensitivities during filming?
We prioritise subject dignity, psychological safety, and informed consent above all else. No matter if we're interviewing enterprise executives or community members, everyone involved is treated with professionalism, kindness and respect.
How do payments work for overseas clients?
We bill in USD, EUR, GBP, or ZAR and accept major credit cards and direct international bank transfers (client covers foreign payment transaction fees). Standard projects require a 60% deposit prior to pre-production and filming, with the final 40% balance due upon completion and before final media or raw footage handoff.
What happens if the project scope changes
or production dates need postponing?
We are well aware that executive schedules and field conditions change, and do our utmost to accommodate reasonable changes without charge. Longer-term postponements will incur all hard expenses, crew and gear hold costs, with the remainder of the deposit credited towards the rescheduled shoot.
